1st Step ---->How to get pregnant

Step ini bermula apabila perut ku sakit sangat-sangat pada D5-D7 period.....wow sakitnya sampai tak boleh berdiri tegak, sampai ke pinggang, kaki dan jadi demam. Mula-mula pergi check kat klinik panel biasa ---Dr. buat ultrasound dan nampak ada kesan luka pada dinding rahim....Dr. bagi antibiotik dan ubat tahan sakit....habiskan cycle then jumpa Dr. balik pada period berikutnya jika sakit untuk Ultrasound or futher check up....

Then period berikutnya, perut, abdomen, pinggang masih sakit lagi dan kali ni Dr. tak dapat diagnosis dan buat recommendation letter untuk aku refer ke pakar Puan (Gynae)....Dr. suggest aku pergi Kajang Plaza Medical Center (KPMC), jumpa Dr. pakar Puan tapi doktor lelaki...aku lebih selesa dengan Dr. perempuan so aku pilih Az-Zahra destinasi aku seterusnya.....

1st time naik tingkat 2 (pakar puan), terus walk in and tunjuk surat doktor kat bahagian kaunter dan tunggu giliran selama 2 jam lebih juga...aku n en.hubby tunggu....boleh dikatakan ramai cos diorg dah wat appointement....

tiba giliran aku.....nurse amik bacaan blood pressure dan berat badan....54kg tau...wah wah....
then, dapat jumpa doktor.....alhamdulillah dpt Dr. yang friendly....mula-mula, guna ultrasound - nampak ada biji di dinding rahim, then masukkan camera dari bawah baru nampak clear.....rupanya yang menyebabkan sakit selama ini ada fibroid di dinding rahim sebelah kiri.....doktor kata kecil dan tidak memudaratkan...katanya setiap orang dalam dunia ni ada fibroid cuma aktif dan tidak jer.....seriau jugak dengar......

then, Dr. buat pap-smear dan lastly, urine test.......fuh..lega dah selesai..........kesimpulannya aku sihat, rahim, ovari & pap smear semua normal cuma ada fibroid yang kecil dan mengganggu....tapi Alhamdulillah kitaran haid ok!

then Dr. bagi ubat Diflucan (pil antibiotik-1 biji 1 kotak), Duphaston(pil hormon), Clomid (kuatkan rahim) dan berjumpa Dr. semula pada D12 (16 November 2012) yer....

1. Diflucan

Diflucan is among the drugs that many people believe to be very powerful. This is because it is the most prescribed drug that many of the doctors talk about. There are many myths about both prescribed and non prescribed drugs. Generally, diflucan is given to the patients who suffer from different fungal infections or yeast growth that can affect any part of the body including the mouth. Many people believe that when a patient takes diflucan, it will kill the fungus and go away completely. According to the health professionals, diflucan must not be prescribed many times because it is highly toxic and can lead to more serious diseases like kidney and liver damage.

When it comes to thrush or vaginal candidiasis, diflucan is the best medical treatment that has been proved to completely cure this condition. Yeast infections can be so painful that other patients cannot be able to walk when in this condition. Diflucan slows down the growth of yeast, which is the cause of thrush. When you expose your body to excessive use of antibiotics, the beneficial bacteria may be destroyed and this will offer the best environment that will favor the growth of Candida. At this point you will note the common symptoms of yeast infection such as swelling, pain, cheesy discharge, itching, and a burning sensation among others.

When you realize these symptoms, you need to visit your doctor who will prescribe antifungal drugs like diflucan, which will greatly assist in reducing the huge load of fungi in your body and reduce the symptoms as well. This drug is prescribed in different ways depending on the patient's condition. It can be done by inserting the diflucan tablet inside the vagina for it to act locally and the tablet can also be swallowed. This drug can be taken with food or without food, but in most cases it is taken once a day or twice as prescribed by the doctor.

Generally the treatment of thrush is meant to cure and to balance the acid in the body but when there is still an acidic imbalance, the thrush will just grow again. Diflucan dosage depends on the patient's medical condition and his response. Diflucan also arrives with the patient's guide that you have to read carefully and understand . 2. Duphaston

Duphaston is the brand name given to it by the company. The name of the medicine is a hormone called dydrogesterone (progesterone). This product is indicated in women trying to conceive if there is proven, documented deficiency of the progesterone hormone (during luteal phase). Once conception has taken place, progesterone hormone is indicated only in pregnanices due to assisted reproductive techniques such as IVF etc. or in cases of habitual abortion (repeated miscarriages). Misuse and overuse of progesterone can lead to a number of side effects including fetal death and spontaneous abortion (more so in the first three months of gestation), musculanisation of female fetus (such as unwanted hair on face), birth defects in babies such as cleft palate and heart defects. Therefore in the United States, the use of progesterone during "known or suspected pregnancy" is banned. During pregnancy, one should take the most minimal mandatory medicines such as folic acid 5mg daily (such as Folet). If there is anaemia, then one should take an iron preparation along with folic acid (such as Probofex), one capsule a day.

3. Clomid

Clomid and Clomiphene Citrate ialah ubat kesuburan yang paling terkenal dan mungkin kerana ia adalah yang paling kerap digunakan. Dianggarkan 30% dari kes infertiliti yang melibatkan masalah dengan ovulasi, menggunakan clomid sebagai rawatan kesuburan.

Clomid adalah berbentuk pil menjadikan ia amat mudah diambil, murah dan berkesan dalam merangsang ovulasi.

Clomid diambil oleh wanita yang sukar hamil terutamanya kepada pesakit yang berkait dengan masalah ovulasi seperti PCOS dan juga kes dimana punca kesukaran untuk hamil tidak diketahui. Di samping itu, Clomid juga digunakan sebagai ubat perangsang untuk prosedur IUI (intrauterine insemination).

Clomid bertindak dengan menggalakan pembentukan dan pertumbuhan folikel dalam ovari dengan harapan telur menjadi matang dan seterusnya akan berlakulah ovulasi.
